The main aim of the organization is to provide comprehensive skill development training and schemes to ensure everyone has the financial and intellectual tools they need to make the most of an opportunity. NIED works with various government and private agencies to train and encourage the rural youth in the country to develop the relevant skill sets need to become self-reliant.
