Born from a Belief
In 2014, NIED was born from a simple, powerful belief — when a young person gets the right skill, their entire life can change. A family is lifted. A community grows. A society moves forward.
For years, India has battled the challenge of unemployment. Millions of young people dream of a better future but lack access to opportunities. We stepped in to change that — not through promises, but through real skills, real jobs, and real empowerment.
Today, the National Institute of Education & Development (NIED) stands as a committed Skill Development and Youth Empowerment organisation working across India. As an NSDC-approved Training Partner, we focus on transforming lives through practical training, job support, and continuous guidance.
